Heidelberg Presses
Professional Graphics Printing Company takes pride in the five high-quality Heidelberg presses used at our facility. Our flagship press is a Speedmaster CD102 with automated plate hanging and aqueous coating capability. The flexibility of this press makes it ideal for virtually all aspects of industrial printing. The Speedmaster can handle a wide range of printing stocks, up to .0039 thick (thicker than four sheets of 100 lb. cover), and is appreciated by our many industrial, commercial, packaging, sign and label customers.
Die-Cutting
Professional Graphics Printing Company has the added capability of being able to die-cut, fold and glue pocket folders in-house, substantially shortening production time. Can you imagine a 24-48 hour turnaround time on 1,000 copies of a 9x12", 5-color pocket folder with two 4" glued pockets? We can accomplish this because two of our Heidelberg presses are letterpresses used for die-cutting and scoring. Ask your sales representative for assistance when planning your next die-cut job.
